SOUNDLEX LINE - Sound attenuation ducting
Use in acoustical abatement The SOUNDLEX line of ducting for air conveyance, possess excellent sound abatement qualities. These can be used in both filtered and unfiltered air intake applications. In clean air applications, the duct must be used as an insert due to its porosity. These will considerably attenuate sounds produced by turbochargers, compressors and other sources. The application of Soundlex ducting to both filtered and unfiltered air in the same intake configuration will greatly reduce tooling costs, and meaningfully increase acoustical abatement and thus comfort. |
